Women in Tech Gothenburg (WITGBG) is a community where women and non-binary professionals, companies and allies come together to build a more inclusive, creative and future-ready tech industry. Founded in 2016 and run by volunteers, we create a space where belonging and growth go hand in hand, and where diverse voices contribute to building better teams, stronger products and meaningful change.

Our mission is to educate, empower and influence. We offer tools, experiences and advocacy that help the industry become more representative, fair and human. Through our events, programs and initiatives, we raise awareness, challenge inequalities and promote inclusive workplaces where everyone can contribute, thrive and lead.
