This two-part event combines our formal governance updates with an inspiring, forward-looking forum focused on driving meaningful innovation and sustainable growth.
Part I: Annual General Meeting (Open to WITGBG members only)
Proposed AGM agenda
Opening of the AGM

Appointment of the meeting chair and secretary
Election of vote counters and minute adjusters
Confirmation that the AGM has been duly convened

Part II: Forum — A Future Worth Building (Open to all)
Following the AGM, we will host keynotes and discussions with prominent leaders across the tech ecosystem. We will talk about what it takes to create a future worth building - exploring it from a tech, talent, and human perspective.
Networking
Stick around after the sessions to connect, exchange ideas, and build relationships with fellow attendees, speakers, and ecosystem partners over light refreshments.
Afterwork with WITGBG
Let’s get together for an informal and intimate gathering before the summer break! Join us on June 17 for an inspiring afterwork featuring guest speaker Audrey Baba, the founder and CEO of Loopchain, an AI-enabled platform focused on circularity.
It’s also the perfect opportunity to connect, chat, and mingle with our amazing community, including some of the incredible local tech heroes nominated for our community spotlight series. Come enjoy some light refreshments, celebrate our collective achievements, and catch up before the holidays!

2025 Annual General Meeting
You are warmly invited to join the Women in Tech Gothenburg Annual General Meeting (AGM), followed by lunch wraps and a member workshop. After that we continue into an inspirational afternoon with speakers, a panel discussion and finish with a meaningful mingle.
