Could you be our next Board Member and Future Chair?
As the current Chair of our Board of Directors prepares to hand over the role, we are looking for an experienced board member to succeed her. This is an opportunity to combine strategic board work with meaningful societal impact.
About the role
As a board member, you will contribute to the strategic direction and long-term development of the association. During your first year, you will work closely with the current Chair to ensure a smooth transition before taking on the Chair role. You will help us continue evolving as a high-performing, well-governed board while supporting our mission to create a more inclusive technology sector.

We are looking for someone who
Has previous board experience, preferably as Chair or Vice Chair
Enjoys strategic discussions and organisational development
Has experience from leadership, business development or organisational governance
Is comfortable facilitating discussions and building consensus
Believes that diverse teams build better companies and better products
Wants to use their experience to create opportunities for others
Experience from the technology industry is valuable but not required.
