Women in Tech Gothenburg is looking for a new board member who is early in their board career but eager to learn, contribute and grow. You do not need previous board experience. We are looking for potential, commitment and curiosity.
About the role
As a Junior Board Member, you will take part in shaping the direction of our organisation together with an experienced and supportive board. You will contribute to strategic discussions, participate in board meetings and help drive initiatives that strengthen our community and create opportunities for women in technology.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience of board work in a welcoming environment. Please note that this is a voluntary role with no financial compensation.

Previous board experience is not required.
