Rewrite the code
Launching soon! Rewrite the Code is a toolkit for an inclusive tech industry, co-created by the industry itself and sponsored by Unionen and TechSverige. With concrete data, tools, and advice, it aims to drive awareness and help leaders, co-workers, and changemakers take the relevant actions to make our industry a place where everyone can thrive.
Creating a network of students
Women in Tech Gothenburg supported and guided Architecture and Civil Engineering (ACE) students in building the foundation to a long term sustainable network of women and non-binary people. Both qualitative and quantitative studies were be conducted and results will be used to create a long term plan on how to create an industry specific female community. Wentors Mentorship Program
Entering and excelling as a woman in the tech industry is harder than it should be - and having the right guidance and support early on could make all the difference. This is why Women in Tech Gothenburg have teamed up with Wentors for a 8 week long mentorship program with the focus on: developing leadership skills, creating opportunities for growth and creating an environment ripe for innovation.

Wentors provides a platform for giving young women in the Technology fields access to mentors from all walks of industry - with the aim of increasing interest and participation in the Technology fields, as well as career advancement for those already in the field.
